Upon successful subscription you will be charged on a monthly basis until cancellation.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your member dashboard or you can email us your cancellation request at . We do not encourage any sort of cancellation requests on phone via calls or messages. Upon cancellation, you will still have access to the product until the end of your current billing cycle. 11+ Exam Foundation (Year 4) - Maths, English VR & NVR Sunday Classes This is an online subscription which includes online classes and instant access to all our 11+ past & practice papers. This complete subscription is “Non-Refundable“ . No refunds can be issued for any reason. This is because of the nature of digital products & online classes delivery. You should, therefore, make sure that this subscription fulfil your needs before you subscribe. As these are digital products, we advise parents to go through our Free Past Papers & Solutions provided on our website and once decided they can buy subscriptions.

Do you cover the full syllabus?

We cover the Fundamentals of the full 11+ Exam syllabus.

What will happen if my subscription expires or I cancel the subscription?

As soon as the subscription is cancelled or expired, you will not be able to access the upcoming live classes. Also, you will not be able to access the free exam resources which are under this subscription. However, if you want to access these exam resources, you can have to subscribe to them from our website.

On what date will my subscription be renewed?

Your subscription will be automatically renewed on a fixed date every month which will be the same as the date of the month you were charged for the first time. It will be automatically renewed every month after we receive the monthly payment.

Can I resubscribe after cancelling?

Yes you can always re-subscribe after cancelling.

How many students join the class?

As these are affordable tutoring we have more than 20 students in the class.

Who are the tutors? Are they British tutors?

In PiAcademy we have a very organised team of tutors from India and UK. We recruit tutors who have graduated with degrees in Maths, and Engineering from top universities and have excellent portfolios in placing the children in London’s Top Independent and Grammar school.

Are the lessons interactive and live?

Yes the Lessons are Live Zoom classes that are highly interactive. The teachers switch on their video and students have the option to activate their own video. The teacher shares their screen, incorporating both audio and video elements. Students are able to raise their hand to ask questions, while the teacher can address students individually by name and pose questions as well.

Can my child switch on the video during the class or ask the tutor a question?

Yes, students can switch on their video if they wish. Yes, the student can raise their hand and ask their questions to the tutor.

Are the 11+ Exam Sunday Classes, Live Classes?

Yes, the 11+ Exam Sunday Classes are LIVE. The lessons are taken LIVE on Zoom.

Are the classes CEM or GL Specific class?

We are covering the full 11+ Exam syllabus. Our weekend classes take into account all exam boards including CEM, GL, ISEB, and CSSE Boards, Both Round 1 and Round 2.

Will I get the Resources and Homework online?

Yes after every class we share the Lecture Notes and Homework PdF.

When is the right time to enrol my child for 11+ Sunday Classes?

The Best time to enrol is now! The course runs throughout the year. Over 52 classes, the complete 11+ Exam Syllabus will be covered. Please find the course schedule for the upcoming 3 months on the website.

Do you mark the homework?

We do not mark the homework, but we provide detailed solutions for the homework. Kindly use these solutions to help the child mark their homework.

Are the sessions recorded?

Kindly note that we record only the tutor's screen shared during the sessions for a few selected courses. We do not record the videos of students. All these recordings are only for internal training purposes and are not shared with anyone via any platform.

Can the Classes be taken on a Saturday instead?

The 11+ Sunday Classes will be held on Sunday only. Apologies, currently we do not have Saturday classes.
