- Children can begin their journey any time after their third birthday and can enter the Muddy Knees Nursery & Forest School or Prep School at any stage, subject to space.

Dover College Senior School Entry
- The School does not believe in pre-testing, and the school does not believe in the 11+ system for entry to the senior school.
- Pupils can apply for entry to Dover College at Shell, Third Form or Lower Sixth. Entry in other year groups may be possible, subject to space. Both UK boarding and day students are welcome to apply at any of these points.
