  • All applicants will now be invited to take the Bespoke Online Test
  • In 2022, the Consortium introduced an innovative assessment procedure for admission starting in September 2023. This process extends beyond evaluating cognitive abilities alone and aims to uncover a child's potential in creative and critical thinking, as well as their skills in analysis, synthesis, and problem-solving.
  • This assessment spans 100 minutes in duration and is administered at the candidate's current school. However, in cases where this is not feasible, all Consortium schools have arrangements in place for candidates to take the test on-site.
  • The selection process involves three complementary assessment approaches:
    • An age-standardized evaluation of cognitive ability that includes an online adaptive test, followed by a non-adaptive section assessing problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and critical thought. This assessment is typically administered in Year 6 at the candidate's current school. In cases where this isn't feasible, candidates can take the test at any Consortium school. The results will be shared with all schools where the candidate is enrolled.
    • A standardized reference form that requests comprehensive information on the candidate's academic performance, alongside broader insights into their character and attitudes. While not obligatory, it is encouraged for this form to be widely utilized. Feeder schools may also utilize their own reference forms.
    • A unique interview experience, tailored to each senior school, aimed at exploring the candidates' abilities, aptitudes, and intellectual prowess. It's important to note that Francis Holland, Regent's Park, South Hampstead High School, and The Godolphin and Latymer School will select candidates for interviews based on their performance in the assessment.
