How will my subscription be renewed?

The 11+ Exam Silver and Gold Plans are Monthly Subscriptions. They will be automatically renewed every month after we receive the monthly payment. It will be renewed on a fixed date every month which will be the same as the date of the month you were charged for the first time.

The 11+ Diamond Plan is an annual subscription. This Susbscription is valid for 1 year. It does not get renewed after 1 year.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the 11+ Exam Silver and Gold Monthly Subscription Plan anytime you want from your member dashboard.
If you want to access these exam resources again, you can subscribe to them from our website. Yes you can always re-subscribe after cancelling.

The 11+ Diamond Plan is an annual subscription and thus cannot be cancelled.

What are the 11+ Video Courses, which have been mentioned above?

11+ Video Courses are pre-recorded Structured Courses covering the 11+ Exam Syllabus. Each course consists of pre-recorded video lessons and homework.

Can I get a refund for this subscription?

No. Due to the digital nature of our resources, our 11+ Exam Silver, Diamond and Gold Plans are non-refundable.
